Our client is looking for an experienced Account Executive/Producer to join their team. They are primarily a Personal Lines brokerage wanting to expand and grow their Commercial department. You will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business and growing the commercial portfolio and department. The existing book of business consists of small to medium sized commercial accounts.

Responsibilities
• Service the existing book of business, making changes, additions, deletions and renewals
• Manage the collection of client information, quote and sell insurance to new and existing clients
• Accountable for cross selling to existing clients
• Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities or other items
• Build and maintain relationships with underwriters

Qualifications
• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing new insurance accounts
• Positive attitude and passionate about customer service and building relationships
• Demonstrated accountability and reliability
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritize in a busy environment to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities
• Manage the day to day operations of the Personal Lines team
• Provide training, coaching and assistance to team members

Responsibilities
• Assist in client service duties – updating of schedules, sending out applications for completion, requesting updated information
• Prepare information for upcoming renewal – start submissions and ensure that the information is current to that day

• Issue pink cards to insured as required prior to an expiry date
• Processing invoices and accompanying letters to an Insured

This call-centre based role is fast-paced and responsible for assisting personal lines clients by servicing their needs including policy changes, claims reporting and advocacy, reviewing existing renewals, file reviews, cross-selling products and working closely with the sales team.

Responsibilities
• The senior property adjuster will be responsible for investigating, appraising, confirming coverage, negotiating settlement and recovery, and conducting reporting and documentation of property claims
• Evaluating, analyzing and interpreting policy wordings to determine coverage applicable to the loss
• Ensuring the accurate and efficient payment of claims as well as accurate and timely reports
• Preparing summaries and files for litigation, mediation/arbitration, and multidisciplinary assessments

Qualifications
